Every Halo & Chain piece is handcrafted to order before it’s carefully packaged and shipped, which typically takes 1-2 weeks. Once shipped, deliveries usually take 5 to 7 days via USPS. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Yes, of course! We offer free lifelong repairs for problems with metal rings and clasps. We will also resize any piece if it doesn’t fit perfectly.
